I was skeptical about the balconette shape since demi styles usually cut into me, but this hybrid fit sits perfectly without any digging. The shirred picot straps stay put through a full workday too.

The lace cups are genuinely soft and the balconette shape gives decent lift under a t-shirt. But the shirred straps dig into my shoulders after a few hours, so it's more of a short-day bra for me.
